Japanese tofu.

Cut off in the middle first, then cut into small pieces.

Arrange on plate.

Crack the eggs into a bowl, add appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, pepper and hot water and mix thoroughly.

Pour the eggs into the plate, put the corn kernels on top, put the water in the steamer to boil and steam for 8 to 10 minutes.
