Weigh 15 grams of gelatine powder, add it to half a bowl of warm water, let it sit for a few minutes, then heat over water to melt and mix well
-
Add powdered sugar to the milk, then add half of the melted gelatine (half of ①) and mix well
-
Squeeze the watermelon juice, filter and add the remaining half of the gelatine liquid and mix well

After the first layer is solidified, take it out and add another color, then seal it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator until it solidifies
-
And so on until all are completed. In order to speed up the solidification, I put each layer in the freezer (about half an hour) and then add another layer. After the last layer is completed, I put it in the refrigerator to solidify before eating

Garnish with watermelon when serving
