Make popcorn in a wok
Overview
My little niece Xiaoxiao loves popcorn. I buy the microwave popcorn and eat it every few days. Last year I bought corn specifically for popcorn and said I would make it. But actually no construction started. . . The last time I used a microwave popcorn bag, I put corn kernels in it, added some oil, and sealed the bag, and it actually popped out. I saw the popcorn from Manxiang Hut before and I really liked it. Now Xiaoxiao is here and I am free, let’s start.

Steps
-
Prepare special corn kernels and rock sugar. I bought popcorn corn kernels in the supermarket.
-
Heat the pan with cold oil. Don’t use too much oil. Just spread a layer on the bottom of the pan. I used the pan I usually use for cooking at home.
-
Turn on low heat and put in two handfuls of corn kernels (I popped 4 handfuls of corn kernels twice). The picture shows the amount of one handful.
-
Stir evenly with chopsticks so that the surface of the corn kernels is coated with a layer of oil, cover the lid, and the corn will explode after a while.
-
Keep using low heat, you can hear the popping sound, and you can see the popping corn kernels through the transparent lid. It's amazing. I'm so happy to witness the expansion of the corn kernels. Open the lid of the pot and take a photo carefully, don't let them jump out~~
-
There are almost a few unpopped corn kernels left. Turn off the heat, be careful of burning your hands, pour it out, and pick out the unpopped corn kernels.
-
Apply a little oil to the pot, add rock sugar, add a little water, stir over low heat until it melts.
-
When the sugar melts, pour in the popcorn, stir-fry quickly and coat with sugar water, then turn off the heat and take out the pan.
