Ingredients
Steps
-
Small pieces of beef (beef slices can also be substituted) half a green onion (white) boiled eggs, udon noodles
-
Use a non-stick pan to fry the green onions over low heat until both sides turn brown. Press the green onions with chopsticks. If they are hard, they are not yet cooked. Once soft, it's ready to be fried.
-
Turn on high heat and fry the beef on both sides. (You can also use slices of shabu-shabu beef. It should not be too fat. Blanch it with hot water. The time to change color and fall out must be fast, otherwise the taste will not be good and too hard)
-
The beef cooked on both sides is about 5 minutes cooked.
-
Remove the onion and beef from the pan and set aside.
-
Boil udon noodles in hot water (you can also use instant noodles without the seasoning packet)
-
Put 200ml of water into the pot and 150ml of milk and 60ml of soy sauce (the saltiness of the soy sauce may vary)
-
Add curry cubes (I like good curry)
-
After boiling the pot, add green onions and beef, cook for one minute and turn off the heat. If the beef is cooked for too long, it will become hard (about 30 seconds for sliced beef)
-
Then add 1 spoon of milk and finished product
