Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the chicken wings and marinate them with black pepper juice and salt (the amount depends on your own chicken wings. I used 3 tablespoons of black pepper juice and 1 teaspoon of salt. The marinating time is at least half an hour. I marinated this for more than an hour. Brother Bao said it was delicious.)
-
Soak the pasta in boiling water, be sure to soak it, otherwise it will take a long time to cook!
-
I bought the partridge eggs ready-made, washed them at home, put them on a plate, and sprinkled a small spoonful of salt to marinate them for later use.
-
Cut the broccoli into small pieces and blanch in salted water.
-
After washing the cherry tomatoes with water, soak them in salt water and set aside. Plate cooked broccoli and set aside. Cut the red pepper into small rings and set aside.
-
Boil the pasta in salted water.
-
During the cooking process, stir occasionally and cook until the noodles are translucent and then take them out, as shown in the picture.
-
Take out the cooked pasta and run it through cold boiled water to prevent the noodles from sticking together.
-
Rinse the noodles in cold water and set aside.
-
Boil the chicken wings. Fry the chicken wings a little, being careful not to stick to the pan.
-
Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and add the partridge eggs at the same time. (You can add water according to your own needs. I think a little more water is useless. The soup should be poured on the noodles at the end.)
-
While the chicken wings are cooking, add the black pepper sauce again. (Here I used my own spoon to put 3 tablespoons. The black pepper juice added before marinating was far from enough flavor.)
-
Add a little soy sauce and oyster sauce. (Cook it thoroughly and this is the best step. Children who don’t like chili can serve it out first.)
-
Add the sliced chili rings.
-
After all the ingredients are cooked until they are fragrant, add cornstarch water mixed with cornstarch and water to thicken the soup. This will make the soup thicker and adhere to the ingredients, making it more delicious.
-
Stir well and it's ready to serve!
-
Remove from pan and plate. Spicy and not spicy.
-
Because the pasta has been cooled for a while, it will clump together. Don't worry! Pour an appropriate amount of the freshly cooked hot soup on the noodles and stir evenly with chopsticks. The noodles will taste very delicious. After the noodles are done, it’s time to add other things. You can place it according to your own preferences. After placing the chicken wings, partridge eggs and broccoli, remember to pour the thick soup evenly! The fruit is placed last! ! !
