There is still a lot of tapioca starch, so I made pearls and milk tea by myself, which is clean and hygienic

  1. Two bags of black tea, add appropriate amount of water and boil.

  2. After boiling, reduce heat and simmer for five minutes.

  3. Turn off the heat and add pure milk (I used two boxes).

  4. Add two tablespoons of sugar, boil over low heat until the milk bubbles slightly, turn off the heat, stir in the sugar, and let cool for later use.

  5. Put the brown sugar into the pot and bring to a boil over low heat.

  6. Simmer the brown syrup over low heat for two minutes.

  7. Turn off the heat and pour in the tapioca starch.

  8. Stir to form a dough.

  9. Transfer to a chopping board and knead until smooth.

  10. Divide into small rounds and roll into rounds.

  11. Bring the water to a boil, add the pearls, maintain medium-low heat, cook for ten minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for half an hour until the pearls are cooked.

  12. Put the cooked pearls into the bottom of the cup, and then add the freshly brewed milk tea.
