Rich milk vanilla ice cream
Overview
I finally decided to make ice cream again, otherwise I would be sorry for the freezer bucket that has been sitting in the freezer of the refrigerator for a long time. Would it feel too aggrieved to be taken out and go on vacation after squatting in that dark corner for so long? It has to be put to use one more time before resting, right? Although, there is still a lot of ice cream I want to make. However, behind the scorching sun, autumn is slowly coming. Just let the freezer bucket rest.

Materials

Pour condensed milk and evaporated milk into a bowl. Pour oil into a bowl

Cut the vanilla pod open with a knife

Scrape out the vanilla seeds

Put in a bowl

Mix well

Add caster sugar

Stir until sugar dissolves

Seal with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours

Take it out and pour it into the ice cream machine that is started

Stir for about 20 minutes

The liquid solidifies and becomes ice cream

Scoop into balls, top with caramel cream sauce, and garnish with raisins
