Creamy egg tart
Overview
I remember that I first ate egg tarts at KFC many years ago. I liked Portuguese egg tarts very much. Later I bought many egg tarts from cake shops such as Wedomy. Maybe it was because I ate a lot of them, but I still prefer freshly baked ones, so I bought an egg tart shell and made it. It was so easy and there was no chance of failure. Friends who have just learned baking may wish to try it.
