Have all materials ready.

Cut the chicken wings in half, put them in a pot under cold water, add a spoonful of cooking wine and blanch them until ready.

Add oil to the pot, add chicken wings and stir-fry until the surface is slightly brown.

Add chestnuts and a spoonful of cooking wine and stir-fry.

Add a spoonful of light soy sauce.

Add half a spoonful of oyster sauce.

Add a small spoonful of sugar.

Add half a spoon of June fresh braised soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Then add water that covers the ingredients, bring to a boil over high heat, then cook over medium-low heat for 15 minutes.

Just a little bit of soup will do.

Take out of the pot and beat the white sesame seeds.
