Cut the onion vertically into shreds. Cut the carrot into thin slices of about 1cm. Cut the potatoes into eight pieces. Put them all into a large microwave bowl.

Cover the lid and microwave at 800W for about 5 and a half minutes. After taking it out, remove the lid and mash the potatoes into a puree. Add a hard-boiled egg and grind into a puree.

Slice the cucumbers, sprinkle with salt and marinate for a few minutes and squeeze out the water. Cut the ham slices into shreds. Put the ham shreds and cucumber slices into a bowl. Sprinkle with a little salt, pepper, and two tablespoons of salad dressing.
