Milk bread
Overview
My son wanted to give a friend a hamburger made by his mother. In order to make the burger not only taste like his mother, but also more beautiful than the usual burgers, he specially made custard sauce for surface decoration. It’s a different feeling when you give your son away.

Steps
-
Put milk, sugar and salt into bread bucket
-
Put in the high-gluten flour and put the yeast powder on top
-
Start a dough kneading program
-
After 10 minutes, add softened butter and continue kneading
-
Knead the dough to the expansion stage
-
Thin and flexible glove membrane can be pulled out

Ferment until 2-3 times in size. I covered the surface with plastic wrap, but it accidentally broke when I picked it up
-
Exhaust air and distribute, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 10 minutes
-
Take a piece of dough and knead it into a long or round shape. The round one will be used as a hamburger, and the long one will be used as a hot dog.
-
It can also be rolled into a round shape. After forming, place the seam side down into the baking pan
-
Moisturize, keep warm and ferment until 2 times in size
-
Put the custard sauce into a piping bag, cut a small opening in the bag, and squeeze it onto the surface of the bread for decoration
-
All decorated
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 5 minutes and bake for 15 minutes
-
The toasted bread can be eaten directly or used to make hamburgers and hot dogs

I sandwiched two slices of ham, a fried egg, and some fried carrot slices. I gave it to my child as a gift. It looks good
