Fried pork with garlic
Overview
One day in a restaurant, I ate a dish, which was fried beef with minced garlic. I thought it was delicious. So I went home and thought about it, changed the beef to lean meat, chopped garlic, and a delicious dish was produced. I have made this dish many times, and every time I eat it up.

Cut the meat into shreds, add cornstarch, light soy sauce, salt (a little), and about 2ml of golden dragon oil, mix well, and marinate for 5 minutes.

Separately cut the garlic roots and garlic leaves into small sections (not too long) and cut 3 small red peppers into small sections

Turn on the heat and add lard (if you don’t have lard, you can also use ordinary oil. I think the vegetables fried in lard are more fragrant.

Add small red peppers (fried red peppers are spicy)

Add garlic roots and fry

Add garlic leaves and continue to fry

Add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce and an appropriate amount of salt (don't add too much, control the amount of salt), continue to stir-fry, the vegetables will release water after adding salt, stir-fry the water for a while and then you can start the pot.
