  1. Remove bad leaves from lettuce.

  2. Rinse and drain.

  3. tablespoon each of sesame paste and peanut butter.

  4. Use pure water 2-3 times to slowly mix the sesame paste and peanut butter into porridge, and sprinkle in a little salt to taste.

  5. Prepare brown sugar, light soy sauce, and vinegar.

  6. Adjust the sauce according to the amount of the dish. I used 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of vinegar, and half a spoon of brown sugar.

  7. Press the garlic into puree. After washing the vegetables, press the garlic first so that it can slowly oxidize. (I forgot to take a picture of this step, so I used a previous picture.)

  8. Cut the lettuce into sections, pour in the prepared sauce and sprinkle with minced garlic.
