Cold lettuce
Overview
The lettuce grown by oneself is juicy, fresh and tender, and there is no need to worry about pesticide residues.

Remove bad leaves from lettuce.

Rinse and drain.

tablespoon each of sesame paste and peanut butter.

Use pure water 2-3 times to slowly mix the sesame paste and peanut butter into porridge, and sprinkle in a little salt to taste.

Prepare brown sugar, light soy sauce, and vinegar.

Adjust the sauce according to the amount of the dish. I used 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of vinegar, and half a spoon of brown sugar.

Press the garlic into puree. After washing the vegetables, press the garlic first so that it can slowly oxidize. (I forgot to take a picture of this step, so I used a previous picture.)

Cut the lettuce into sections, pour in the prepared sauce and sprinkle with minced garlic.
