This season of the year is a great time for toon to be on the market in large quantities. Toon is eaten in the north to eat spring and to welcome the arrival of spring. Toon is a natural green food that can be used for cooking and has health care functions. There are many ways to eat Chinese toon, including cold dressing, stir-frying, deep-frying, and pickling. Fried Chinese toon is my favorite method. It can be eaten not only as a main meal, but also as a snack, especially when dipped in salt and pepper for a more unique taste.

  1. 250g toona buds

  4. Boil water in a pot, put the Chinese toon into the water and blanch it

  5. Cool quickly after blanching

  6. Pour tempura powder into a container

  7. Pour in warm water to dilute the tempura powder

  8. Just turn it into a paste

  9. Heat oil in a pot to about 180 degrees
