Fried Shredded Pork with Thousands of Green Peppers

One piece of Qianzhang, 1 garlic, 100g lean meat, and one green and red pepper.

Wash and shred the lean meat, add salt, pepper, light soy sauce, cooking wine, and cornstarch, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes to add flavor.

Shred Qianzhang, shred peppers, and shred garlic.

Pour water into the pot and bring to a boil, add a spoonful of salt and cook over high heat for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add shredded pork and stir-fry until cooked for 8 minutes, take out and set aside.

Leave the oil in the pot, add garlic and chili shreds and stir-fry.

Add Qianzhang and stir-fry over medium heat for about 3 minutes.

Add shredded pork and light soy sauce and stir-fry. If the pot is too dry, add a little water and stir-fry for 3 or 4 minutes.

Reduce heat to low, add appropriate amount of salt and mix well.
