Rinse the picked mustard seeds first and then soak them for one to two hours;

Dish out the water and cut into small pieces about 1 cm long;

Place the pot on the stove, turn on slow heat, pour in the minced meat, fry the excess water from the minced meat, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder, 2 tablespoons of brandy (or cooking wine), evenly distribute in a bag, scoop up and set aside;

Then heat the pot to medium-low heat, add an appropriate amount of oil, pour in the minced chili pepper, and sauté until fragrant;
