Overview
Xiangliu Shuangduan is a famous Northeastern dish. It uses pork tenderloin and fresh shrimp as the main ingredients, and is marinated, starched, fried, and stir-fried. The dish is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, fresh and delicious, and is a popular dish.
