Legs are a lump of lean meat;

Cut into thin slices, add pepper noodles, cooking wine, oyster sauce, soybean flour and water;

Catch and hold for about 1 minute.

After the oil is hot, reduce the heat to low, put the meat slices into the oil separately, and break them up with chopsticks;
