Melon Crab Mushroom
Overview
I love crab-flavored mushrooms very much. They have a tender texture and a lot of umami. I like them fried or made into soups. Today I fried them with cucumber strips and a little pork. It tastes great. The Xinnon crab-flavored mushrooms are very fresh, and the small and tender Dutch melon is really good.
