~Fragrant condensed milk hand-pulled bread
Overview
I saw that there was still half a can of condensed milk left in the refrigerator, and I was thinking about how to get rid of it. I searched for recipes and saw this condensed milk bread, and it was baked with a chimney mold, so I wanted to try it once. I didn’t have to worry about it, so I baked four condensed milk hand-pull breads in a row, two of them were given away, and two of them were eaten at home. It was really delicious!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Get the ingredients ready.
-
In addition to butter and yeast, add milk, condensed milk, salt and sugar diagonally to the bread ingredients, and finally add bread flour.
-
Choose a dough kneading program.
-
After a program is completed, cover the bread bucket with a wet towel, then close the lid of the bread machine and let it sit for 1 hour.
-
After it has rested, add the softened butter.
-
Add yeast and select a dough program again.
-
After the dough is mixed, take it out and knead it into a ball, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes.
-
Roll the rested dough into a rectangle.
-
Melt the butter and condensed milk used to spread the dough over hot water, mix well and spread on the dough sheet, leaving the remaining amount to coat the surface.
-
Cut into four long strips.
-
Stack the four dough sheets together and cut into 8 small pieces.
-
Grease an 18cm chiffon cake mold, place the dough pieces separately, and put them in the oven to ferment. Put a bowl of warm water in the oven to increase the humidity.
-
After fermentation, take it out and preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
-
Spread condensed milk sauce on top, sprinkle with dried cranberries, and put it in the middle rack of the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes. Cover it with tin foil if it becomes heavily colored in the middle.
-
After baking, take it out, shake out the heat, and take it out to cool.
-
Just sprinkle with powdered sugar for decoration. It's the most enjoyable to eat with your hands.
