Steps
-
Cut butter into small pieces and soften at room temperature.
-
Add powdered sugar to butter and mix well with a whisk.
-
Add the egg liquid in two batches and stir evenly with a whisk.
-
Add cake flour to the basin.
-
Knead into a smooth dough.
-
Divide into 4 small dough balls.
-
Add a drop of food coloring to each dough ball.
-
Knead into 4 small balls of dough.
-
Take a small piece of dough and roll it into a large sheet.
-
Carve the mold on the dough sheet, use a spatula to remove the biscuits and place them on parchment paper. Knead the remaining part into dough and roll it into a sheet. The same goes for the other three colors of dough. The red dough and pink dough used small flower molds.
-
The purple and green colors are made from grape and leaf stencils.
-
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Place the biscuits in the middle rack of the oven. The upper heat is 170 degrees, the lower heat is 175 degrees, 10 minutes. When you smell the aroma of biscuits, pay attention to avoid burning them.
