Honey bean and pineapple pizza
Overview
Pineapple tastes sour and sweet, and it does have the effect of appetizing and aiding digestion. The reason why it helps digestion is mainly due to the role of bromelain. This enzyme can help break down protein in the stomach, supplement the lack of digestive enzymes in the human body, and restore normal digestive function to people with indigestion. Then add soft honey beans for seasoning, which is even more delicious

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash 20g red beans, add 30g white sugar and water in a pressure cooker for half an hour. If you don’t have a pressure cooker, soak the red beans one day in advance and cook them the next day (defrost the mozzarella cheese in advance)
-
The pressed red beans are now honey beans. Place them on a strainer and drain
-
Put the pizza crust ingredients into the bread machine and knead until fully expanded. You can stretch out the glove film
-
Proof in a bread machine until 1.5-2 times in size
-
During the fermentation period, wash the pineapple, dice it, and place it on a kitchen towel to absorb the water
-
Let the dough ferment until it is 1.5-2 times in size. Dip your fingers in dry flour and poke holes in the middle until it does not collapse or shrink
-
Take out the air, knead it into a ball and let it rise for 15 minutes
-
Roll out into a round the same size as the pizza stone, with slightly thicker edges
-
Poke small holes with a hole punch. If you don’t have a hole punch, you can also use a fork
-
Place in a pizza pan, cover with plastic wrap, and ferment for about 20 minutes (preheat the oven to 230 degrees)
-
Crust after secondary fermentation
-
First brush a layer of corn oil on the surface of the pie crust, then brush a layer of tomato sauce, leaving the edges unbrushed
-
Sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese that has been thawed in advance, place in the preheated oven, and bake for 6-7 minutes
-
Take it out and put in diced pineapple and honey beans, then sprinkle with a layer of grated cheese, put it back in the oven, and continue baking for about 10 minutes. Take it out after it starts to color
-
It can be cut into pieces and eaten
-
Brushing is great
-
During fermentation, I also made mango sago, and my baby and I’s afternoon tea is ready!
