Soak Babao rice in water for about an hour.

After the water in the pot boils, add the soaked and washed Babao rice.

Find bamboo chopsticks and put them on the side of the lid to reveal a little bit of the mouth. This way you won’t be afraid of the porridge rolling off.

Remove any foam floating on the edge of the pot.

Cook for about an hour and a half and check if the rice and beans are rotten. That's pretty much it if it's all rotten.
