Super delicious crispy soda crackers
Overview
This is my first time uploading a recipe. I used to learn from others on food. This biscuit is easy to make, crispy and delicious, and most importantly, I have always loved the texture of soda biscuits.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Weigh the warm milk, add 1g of yeast, stir slightly and let it sit for 10 minutes
-
Weigh the flour
-
Add salt and baking soda
-
Pour the corn oil and the liquid in step 1 into the flour, mix into a dough, cover with plastic wrap, and ferment until doubled in size
-
Take another container, weigh the ingredients in the pastry, mix into pastry and set aside
-
Divide the fermented dough into 2 parts, and divide the pastry into two parts
-
Roll the dough into a rectangular shape, then fold it in half, repeat this three times (well, I was not good at rolling it into a rectangular shape).
-
Spread the previously divided pastry evenly on the right side of the rolled dough
-
Fold the left side of the dough over and seal it, then roll it into a rectangle and repeat folding three times
-
Finally, roll it into thin slices of about 1CM, make small holes evenly with a spoon, arrange it into the desired shape and let it sit for ten minutes. Brush the baking sheet with oil and spread the dough sheets flat on the baking sheet
-
Preheat the oven and bake at 150 degrees for 6 minutes, then turn around and bake for another 5 minutes. (Everyone’s oven is different. Find the right temperature for yourself. My oven is very small and the heating is uneven. I need to bake this amount 4 times to finish it.)

Continue to make the remaining dough and pastry according to the above steps, and you will have delicious soda biscuits, which are quite crispy
