Candied dates and palm seeds
Overview
I have made many different flavors of rice dumplings before, but my favorite is the one made with donkey-hide gelatin and candied dates. I particularly like its sweetness and fragrance, so from then on I almost only make this one every year.

Soak the rice dumpling leaves in warm water until soft, wash the rice and unpack the candied dates for later use.

Wrap the rice dumplings one by one as shown in the picture.

Cut off the excess branches and leaves from the wrapped rice dumplings, put them in a pressure cooker, add water, put them on the stove to increase pressure and cook for about 40 minutes.

It's ready to eat.
