Overview
Udon noodles are one of the most Japanese noodles. Together with Japan's soba noodles and green tea noodles, they are known as Japan's three major noodles. They are an indispensable protagonist in Japanese restaurants. Its texture is somewhere between cut noodles and rice noodles, with a soft texture. When paired with carefully prepared soup, it becomes a delicious noodle dish.
