Ingredients

Steps

  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces and steam them in a pot. After steaming, use a spoon to crush the potatoes into mashed potatoes

  2. Add salt and white pepper to the mashed potatoes, mix well and form into a ball. Set aside

  3. Wash the shrimps, remove the heads and shells, and leave the tails with sand lines. Do not peel off the tail shells. Add a small amount of cooking wine and salt and pinch for a few times. Bring water to a boil and steam the shrimps until they change color. Turn off the heat and set aside.

  4. Prepare the egg liquid, bread crumbs, and flour (I forgot to take a picture of the flour in the picture)

  5. Take an appropriate amount of mashed potatoes, roll them into balls and flatten them, add the prawns and wrap them up

  6. Pinch the wrapped potatoes and shrimp into a round shape, wrap the part without the shrimp shell, leaving the tail with the shrimp shell

  7. Coat the prepared shrimp balls with a layer of flour first, then wrap them in a thick layer of egg liquid, and finally wrap them in a layer of bread crumbs. Make all the potato and shrimp balls in sequence

  8. Pour oil into the pot, heat it to 60% heat, add the wrapped potato and shrimp balls, fry until golden brown and take them out
