  1. Put the ingredients into a large bowl in order of liquid first and then powder. Use chopsticks to stir into a dough without dry flour (this can save time on kneading the dough)

  2. Pour the dough into the bread pan and install the bread machine.

  3. Follow the dough mixing program for 15 minutes.

  4. Add small pieces of butter. Start the dough mixing program again for 20 minutes.

  5. At 15 minutes, pause the dough mixing process and pour in walnut kernels.

  6. Continue to complete the dough kneading process.

  7. Roll the dough into a round shape, put it in a basin, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm place.

  8. Fermented dough (dip a little dry powder with your finger to poke a hole, make sure the hole does not shrink or collapse)
