Lamb and carrot pie
Overview
I tried making a pie using the leftover stuffing from the dumplings, but it really didn’t taste the same. The same stuffing, but a completely different taste!

Knead the flour with warm water into a dough and let it rest for 30 minutes

Divide into the same ingredients

Take an oval and roll it out into a thin oval, about the same thickness as A4 paper

Add the filling (the mutton and carrot filling is left over from making dumplings yesterday) and spread it out, don’t spread it too thickly

Fold from one end

After folding again, fold both sides toward the middle

Finally, the mouth closes upward

Heat the pan and add oil. Flip the pancake over and put it into the pan. Fry over medium-low heat until both sides are golden brown

Eat it freshly made while it’s hot
