Overview
Today's grilled lamb chops use bone-in lamb chops, and the meat is very tender. The cooking method was frying first and then roasting. Fry the surface first to lock in the moisture, and then bake it in the oven. This way, it is easier to control the heat of the grilled lamb chops. The grilled lamb chops are very tender and full of juice. Paired with some vegetable salad, I also paired it with purple sweet potato soup, a very delicious meal

Knead evenly with your hands and knead for a while to better absorb the flavor. Then cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to marinate. I marinated it for 12 hours

I use a thick cast iron pan, which can be heated to a relatively high temperature and is suitable for frying steaks and lamb chops. Heat the pot to about 200 degrees, add a little olive oil, and add the marinated lamb chops

When cut into the cross section, it is basically 9 pieces cooked. If all the meat is fried, the meat will become stale at this level. It should never be pan-fried until it is cooked to 8 degrees, but because it is roasted, the meat will still be very tender at this level. Roasting is easier for novices to master than frying.
