Homemade without added MSG
Overview
I always see friends making their own MSG, so I couldn’t help but make some and try it to see the effect. After making soup, it feels good to use it. I haven’t used MSG and chicken essence for a long time, and I feel that I am not used to cooking. I always forget to put the MSG I made haha. It seems that I need to strengthen my memory. I used MSG made from dried shiitake mushrooms, scallops and dried shrimps. Will it still smell fishy before I eat it? After trying it, it still feels good. It doesn't smell fishy and is fresh. It's worth a try.
