Buy fresh pork ribs.

Cut into 3cm long sections

Stir-fry chives, ginger and aniseed ingredients with a little oil,

Then add the pork ribs. Soak the pork ribs in water for about 20 minutes to remove the blood. Stir-fry the bones until they change color and stir-fry until the water is dry.
