Wash the celery, cut it into pieces with a knife, and cut the dried tofu into small strips.

All ingredients are reserved.

Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and sauté celery until fragrant.

Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce, five-spice powder and salt to taste.

Be sure to add less salt when adding celery and stir-frying the dried tofu, which is salty.

When the stir-fry is almost done, add the shredded pork that has been fried in advance to fully absorb the flavor.
