Steps
-
Mix the eggs and sugar completely!
-
Add sifted cake flour and cocoa powder in three batches! Each time you add the powder, make sure it is mixed evenly and there are no particles!
-
Add the melted butter and stir clockwise until evenly added. Add all the milk in portions and stir evenly
-
Turn on low heat, pour a spoonful of batter, and quickly rotate the pot to spread the egg liquid evenly on the bottom of the pot! If you want it to be thinner, pour out the excess batter so that a thin layer of dough will set on the bottom! When you see bubbles in the dough, it’s ready to be cooked!
-
Place the fried dough on the grill rack to cool
-
30ml black coffee
-
Boil the white sugar over low heat, add cream and coffee, and caramelize! Note that it must be cooked effectively and not for too long. The sugar will melt completely. Just add coffee and cream and stir evenly. If it takes too long, it will become bitter
-
Beat the cream until it is in a thin state, add the caramel and mix well
-
Put a thicker piece of dough on the bottom, and fill the piping tape with cream! Cut the edges and pipe on the cream!
-
Sprinkle with cocoa powder! Refrigerate for 4 hours to set! Ready to eat
