Blanch the peas for 1 minute to remove the beany smell, remove and set aside.

Cut the carrots into cubes, stir-fry in oil until the surface is slightly dehydrated, set aside.

Stir-fry the meat filling in a pot, add chopped green onion, and cook in cooking wine to remove the fishy smell. Stir-fry the minced meat as dry as possible to make it more fragrant.

Add the peas and carrots prepared earlier to the pot.

Add appropriate amount of sugar to make it fresh.

Add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce.

Add appropriate amount of salt to taste.

Add half a bowl of boiling water, cover and simmer over medium-low heat for 5-6 minutes, until the carrots become soft and the peas are fragrant.
