Japanese simple nigiri sushi rice balls can be made at home, produced by Fujisaki Sushi. Sushi is a well-known Japanese and Korean cuisine. However, there are many kinds of Japanese sushi, and generally sushi vinegar is added to the rice to make rice balls, which has a light sweet and sour taste.

Have all ingredients ready.

The rice is cooked and set aside.

Beat the eggs with a little salt.

Fry until it's done in a frying pan.

Cook until the egg liquid solidifies into egg skin.
