Crock Pot Soup
Overview
Crock pot soup is a specialty of Jiangxi. When I went to Jiangxi, my favorite thing to drink was mushroom and meatball crock pot soup. After coming back for a few years, I still love the taste. Although the taste of the soup I made at home is different from what I ate in Jiangxi, it still tastes good. After all, the soup made in a crock pot is better than the one made in a wok. Every time I want to drink it, I take out my own small earthenware pot and cook it. It is very fresh.

Remove the roots of the mushrooms and wash them.
