I have been baking for a long time and have made a lot of egg tarts, but this is the first time I have made this salty egg tart. Based on feedback, I think it is pretty good. It would be better if the tart crust could be slightly saltier. It is different from pizza. The crust is crispier and has a better texture. It's clearer, but it has similarities with pizza. Except for the tart crust, the other methods are the same. Since you don't have a bread machine and don't want to knead the dough but want to eat pizza, you can try this egg tart.
