Stir-fried pork with lotus root
Overview
Crisp lotus roots, coupled with tender pork belly, the stir-fries in my hometown require chili peppers, but my wife doesn’t eat chili peppers, so she made a non-spicy version, and it tasted delicious. I’d like to share it with my friends who love lotus roots.
