Honey buns
Overview
I won the Love in This Life Award in the Gourmet World Love and Love Recipe Competition. The prize is the ACAGT400 Yueshi Electric Oven. I am so excited to receive the prize. This oven is really great. It has a large capacity of 40 liters. It has 12 working modes and the functions of roasting, baking, baking, frying, boiling and steaming. It has a grand and high-grade appearance. I really love it! I specially made this honey bun, which not only tastes delicious, but also uses the stomach-nourishing effect of flour to maintain health...

Steps
-
Prepare ingredients
-
Put the ingredients except butter into the bread machine in the order of liquid first and then powder. Pay attention to placing the salt and yeast diagonally. Start a kneading program for 20 minutes and knead until smooth
-
Add room temperature softened butter and start a 20-minute dough kneading program
-
The dough can pull out a large piece of film
-
Start the dough rising function of the bread machine and let it double in size. Dip your finger in the flour and poke it without it collapsing or shrinking
-
Take out the dough and deflate it
-
Divide the dough into 8 small pieces of about 59.5 grams (I made more), roll into a round shape, cover with plastic wrap and rest for 15 minutes
-
Grease a square mold with butter and set aside
-
Take a small amount of dough and roll it into a long strip
-
Turn over and fold the left and right sides toward the middle
-
Roll up and pinch the end joint to prevent deformation during fermentation
-
Make all the rolls
-
Cut all the small rolls from the middle with a scraper
-
Dip the cut sides down in sesame seeds, then place them all in a baking pan and cover with plastic wrap in a warm place for secondary fermentation (I directly start the oven fermentation function)
-
Ferment until doubled in size, brush with a layer of egg wash
-
Place in preheated oven
-
Place the middle and lower racks of the oven at 160 degrees for about 25 minutes. Add tin foil (matte side down) halfway through depending on the color
-
The baked buns are soft and even in color. Remove the bread from the baking pan and let it dry on a wire rack until it is warm to your hands, then store it in a plastic bag.
-
Break open a small piece of bread and take a look. The organization is pretty good
