Steps
-
Have all the above ingredients ready for later use.
-
Soak the chicken wings in filtered water for half an hour (you can change the water once in the process).
-
After soaking, rinse well, absorb the water with kitchen paper, and cut into pieces.
-
Chop the garlic, juice the lemon and add to a bowl along with all the seasonings.
-
Wear disposable gloves to grasp the seasoning evenly. If you have time, you can grasp it for a while.
-
Leave it aside for about 2 hours to marinate and taste (you can stir it again if you have time along the way).
-
Heat a pan, add an appropriate amount of cooking oil and fry the chicken wings until both sides are golden brown.
-
Mix the juice from the marinated chicken wings with an appropriate amount of warm water and pour it into the pot. Simmer over medium-low heat for about ten minutes, then slowly reduce the juice and turn off the heat.
-
After taking it out of the pan, sprinkle with appropriate amount of sesame seeds and chopped green onions, and here comes the fragrant and tender fried chicken wings.
