Hot Pot Noodles

Overview

Don’t know the specific name! Some are called stove pot noodles, braised pot noodles, others are called luoguo noodles and Luoguo noodles. (The level of education is limited! This is what we call it here! In big cities, it is called braised bean noodles and dried bean noodles.)

Steps

  1. Ingredients: Long beans, (wash and cut into sections.) Pork, (I chose lean meat, slice it. Marinate it with salt, soy sauce, onion, ginger and garlic.) Noodles. (We use the thinnest noodles to make pot noodles here.)

  2. Treat the noodles. (Cut it into pieces!)

  3. Fry the meat first. (I usually add a star anise when frying meat to make it more fragrant. It will pop out after frying.) Add less oil to stir-fry the beans. When the beans change color, pour the meat in, stir-fry twice, and add an appropriate amount of water. (I often use marinated meat soup.)

  4. Haha! I have too much soup! You can only use a steamer. (The noodles steamed in this way will be delicious!)

  5. Spread the cut noodles like this!

  6. Haha, my mother would never make such a stupid mistake. (I often apply sesame oil on the steamer basket! It will prevent the noodles from sticking together. In fact, it won’t stick together even if I don’t apply it. It has a psychological effect!)

  7. Change to medium to low heat. (Prevent the beans and meat slices underneath from drying out!)

  8. Steam over medium-low heat for 15 minutes and it’s ready! Change to minimum fire. Use chopsticks to stir the noodles and the bean and meat slices below evenly.

  9. I like to turn off the heat, remove the sour foam, and let the hot noodles simmer with garlic. It’s great!

  10. Mix well!

  11. It will take some effort!

  12. The color is okay! I especially like eating dry ones! So the soup must be controlled well! If there is too much soup, it will be wet; if there is too little soup, it will be dry! (I personally like dry fried pancakes so much! The kind that makes me choke!)

  13. Braised pot noodles! Soup! Sichuan pickles! There is also dry-fried small yellow croaker!

  14. Mom and aunt took grandma out shopping. I won’t be back at noon. It’s just me and grandpa at home! So we must eat well!

  15. Wow hahahaha... (Calling you three crazy! Leave us alone! Treat yourself!)
