Braised chicken legs
Overview
Love the home-cooked braised flavor! So I chose braised chicken legs. The ingredients are relatively simple and the cooking is tender. My baby also likes it very much!

Prepare onions and ginger!

Boil the chicken legs in cold water, remove, wash and drain!

Pour oil into a hot pan. When the oil is 60% hot, add 2 tablespoons of sugar and stir-fry until it becomes coloured!

Add onions, ginger, 1 tsp of white wine and stir-fry!

Pour water into the pot to cover the chicken legs, bring to a boil over high heat and add rock sugar! Reduce heat to low and cook for 1 hour!

It's almost done and reduce the juice over high heat! Just put 2 teaspoons of salt and it’s ready!
