Cheese Ribs
Overview
Weibo has been flooded with cheese ribs. I have been fanciing it for a long time and finally decided to be self-reliant! The method is very simple. If you don’t have an oven, you can fry it in a pan instead, and it will be just as delicious.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare all the seasonings as shown. Because we use new garlic, the garlic flavor is lighter, so we use more garlic.
-
Selected pork ribs, cut into inch-long pieces. Soak in cold water for two hours to remove the blood.
-
Add all the ingredients except cheese to a food processor and blend into a sauce
-
Mix the ribs with the sauce thoroughly, place in a crisper, and marinate overnight in the refrigerator. (If you like staple food, you can prepare some rice cakes in advance)
-
Take out the marinated ribs and bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 20 minutes, then transfer to the grill and continue to bake for 10 minutes.
-
Prepare the induction cooker, wrap the pan with tin foil (disposable pan), place the ribs on one half and sprinkle a thick layer of mozzarella cheese on the other half.
-
Turn on low heat and wait until the cheese melts and you are ready to eat! Be sure to cover it with plenty of cheese when eating!
