Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut off the roots of chrysanthemum, wash and cut into short pieces (because a whole section of chrysanthemum is too long to stir-fry and plate, so it needs to be cut shorter). Shred the green onion, slice the garlic, slice the peppercorns, and shred the dry red pepper and set aside.
-
Pour oil into the pot, heat until 80% hot, add shredded onion, garlic slices and peppercorns, stir-fry slightly.
-
Add the chrysanthemum chrysanthemum segments, stir-fry briefly and then add a small amount of boiled water. Cover the pot, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 2 minutes.
-
After 2 minutes, add red pepper shreds, edible salt, chicken essence, and a very small amount of vinegar, and stir-fry evenly.
-
Stir-fry for about a minute. When the boiling water is gone, you can take it out of the pot.
