Add flour

Knead into dough.

I took half of the noodles because there were only two people in my family and I couldn’t finish the noodles if I made too much. Knead into small pieces.

Roll out into a large sheet.

The opposite is folded. Be careful to sprinkle some flour on it to prevent it from sticking when cutting. Just cut it into small strips
