Green onion pancake
Overview
I like pasta and all kinds of pancakes. The salty and crispy texture goes well with a bowl of millet porridge.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Add flour to water, knead into a smooth dough and set aside to rest for 20 minutes.
-
Knead the rested dough into strips and cut into equal portions.
-
Take a small piece of dough and roll it out thinly. You don’t need to roll it into a round shape, just roll it out into a thin shape.
-
Pour a little peanut oil on the thinly rolled dough, then pick up the four corners and dip them in the middle. The peanut oil will be evenly spread on the dough.
-
Sprinkle chopped green onion, some dry powder and salt on the dough dipped in peanut oil.
-
Then fold the dough pieces on top of each other like a quilt.
-
Then roll it up from one end to the middle.
-
Roll up the dough and tuck the other end underneath to close.
-
Flatten slightly.
-
Then use a rolling pin to roll it out thinly.
-
Heat oil in a pan over low heat and fry the cake until golden brown on both sides.
