Steps
-
Ingredients: 290g cake flour, 160g milk, 40g brown sugar, 3g yeast, 10g milk powder, 1 egg, 30g butter
-
Dissolve the yeast in the milk, and mix all ingredients except butter into a basin
-
Pour the dissolved yeast into the ingredients and knead until it is slightly stretchable
-
Add butter
-
Continue kneading until the film can be pulled out (children without a bread machine cannot afford to be injured, they are exhausted)
-
Cover with plastic wrap and ferment (if the weather is cold, ferment in the oven and put a bowl of hot water underneath)
-
After fermentation to 2·5-3 times the size, take out the exhaust gas
-
Divide into 6 equal parts, roll into balls, and let rest for 15 minutes
-
Take one portion and roll it into a shape of beef tongue
-
Roll up and shape into a long strip
-
Pinch the three long strips together at one end
-
Braid it and do the same for the other three parts
-
Put it into the mold for secondary fermentation
-
Ferment for about 8 minutes, brush with egg wash and sprinkle with a layer of sesame seeds
-
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees, middle rack, for 30 minutes
