Overview
Fungus, also called tofu, is eaten as seedlings, young shoots or leaves. It has a soft and smooth texture and high nutritional value. It can be made into soups, stir-fries, hot dishes, cold dishes, etc. It has a fragrant taste and is as crisp and refreshing as eating fungus when chewed, hence the name fungus dish.

Prepare ingredients. Pick and wash the fungus, drain and set aside. Chop the garlic into mince.
