Twice-cooked pork trotters
Overview
I don’t like to eat bacon stewed soup, but I like to eat bacon, what should I do???? The only way I can think of is to cook it again.............................

One waxed pig's trotter, ginger, pinto beans

Chop the pig's feet into pieces (it's really hard for a weak woman)

Put the pinto beans, ginger and chopped waxed pig's feet together in a pressure cooker for 30 minutes. (If you want to eat it temporarily, otherwise the beans can be soaked first)

The pressed pig's feet are set aside. They are very fragrant.

Chop onions, garlic, and peppers and set aside.

Heat the wok, add less oil, and stir-fry the peppers for a while.

Fry the chili for a while and then add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant

Saute the garlic and chili until fragrant. Stir-fry the pressed bacon trotters for 1 minute. Add a little light soy sauce and green onions and serve. . . . It’s really delicious, haha
